Passionate about helping young learners build strong foundations for lifelong literacy
Hi, I'm Nancy Novack. I'm a Connecticut-licensed literacy specialist, certified at the Associate level with the Academy of Orton-Gillingham, and hold a master's degree in reading.
My experience as a literacy specialist, Orton-Gillingham educator, and classroom teacher has allowed me to work with students from pre-K through high school. I've seen firsthand how strong foundational literacy skills can open doors for learners; I've also seen how gaps in those skills can affect students for years.
That experience is what inspires my work with educators and families to build strong foundational skills in reading, writing, and spelling, from the very beginning.
